Turn-by-turn interactive bike maps

Google today added a really cool new feature  - turn-by-turn biking routes – based on direction you enter into Google Maps.  Not only do they show bike paths, streets that have bike lanes, but they also take into account the relative incline of the road to help people avoid hills if they want.
